It has been a busy couple days for Pa, but pretty calm for Ma and I. Yesterday, Pa spent the evening at Wesleyan University, which he reported was pretty cold and bleak. The teps were freezing and the campus just seemed empty. For one of the most selective universities in the U.S., it seemed pretty bland.

Wesleyan University - Middletown, CT

This morning Pa was off to spend some time at Yale. There he visited two of his students from last year, one who is studying the classics, and the other computer science and engineering. Pa said that he really loved the Yale campus as it was a nice mix of being residential, yet still with an urban feel. Also, the students were very friendly, and oozed brains. As he was having coffee with one of his former students, another student came by, and the two of them then engaged in a 15 minute chat about the music of Weber as related to Nietsches' theories.....Yale is for sure an academically stimulating environment.

While Pa was gone, Ma and I had a great time visiting with my old friend from Paraguay, Liam, and his mom (Ma's friend) Marni. They moved from Paraguay last year, and now live in Fairfield, CT. It was very fun, and Liam and I had lots of time to stare at each other, and try to not share toys:)
