My typical crib in each hotel:)

Brown University entrance - Providence, RI

Sunset from hotel in Providence.

The end is here - we made it to our last stop in Providence, Rhode Island. This was a super quick stop for us, less than 24 hours. Pa had a quick meeting at Brown University, then over to Providence College, then we were on the road for our "two days of real vacation". The weather is still very cold, and I now have a yucky chest cold, as does Ma. Too many germs at the children's museums! Overall it was a great tour of New England, we drove almost two thousand miles in about ten days. Pa did lots of smoozing, and we did a descent amount of shopping. Upon leaving Providence, we did a quick five hour drive to Atlantic City, New Jersey for two days of R&R.

Atlantic City is really a nasty city! The beach looks like it would be nice in the summer, but besides that it seemed like a crime infested hole. Worse yet the black jack tables were cold, so Pa did not spend too much time at the tables. He said something about having the worse hands he had ever scene, lots of fours, fives, and sixes. Oh well, the journey is over and we are heading back to Chile.
